Sunset Bliss

Enjoy an ocean level sunset with a relaxed paddle in the calm evening waters around the Pender Islands, soaking in the heat of the sun and it’s reflection from glassy ocean waters.  Pender Islands sunsets are best from zero altitude!

Enjoy this evening splendor from any angle.  Choose any day of the week from our headquarters at Port Browning Marina as well as Sundays from Poet's Cove Resort on South Pender Island.

Don't forget your sunglasses!

Heart of the Gulf Islands Experience

This expedition will feature the Gulf Islands National Park Reserve (GINPR) as well as lead you to a variety of other must see sites in the Southern Gulf Islands. Through these crystal clear moving waters from the faithful seat of your kayak, you will likely experience everything from sea stars and nudibranchs nestled in colorful seaweed to fascinating topography, not to mention the possible glimpse of our endangered Southern Resident Killer (Orca) Whales! Their 3 pods (J,K,L) can often be seen in search of Chinook Salmon in their Salish Sea.

Kayak rentals

Our fleet includes Delta Kayaks, NDK, Seaward, Current Designs and Necky.  We offer a wide variety of styles and sizes of kayaks to suit every paddling adventure.

Your kayak rental includes all Transport Canada required safety gear plus spray skirt, extra paddle (per group), paddle float, chart and info of intended paddling area (based upon availability).

Wetsuits, drysuits, drybags and camping gear may be rented upon request for an additional cost. Please contact us for your specific gear rental requests.
