Pender Island Kayak Adventures People
|
| |
| Jay, the freshly minted owner of Pender Island Kayak Adventures, has been a certified guide (and a Swedish massage practitioner) for a few years now. He'll be happy to discuss Orcas, seals, jellyfish and also suggest solutions for any aches and pains. Yep, that's his massage tent right by the shop! |
| Tony, one of the founders of the original Mouat Point Kayaks, continues to give lessons. He continues to enjoy kayaking and is a profound source of boating knowledge. And he still
keeps a hand in the kayak biz: if you'd like to discuss buying a Boreal
Kayak give Tony a call at 629-6767. |
| Sue, former owner of Kayak Pender Island, works as an interpreter for Parks Canada now but returns this year to give lessons occasionally. |
| Kelly is back for another summer on the water. A longtime islander he knows his local history (and when he doesn't know he'll point out the local museum just across the bay from the kayak shop). |
| Herb
and Deb have a permanent home on Pender now, are very involved in local activities and love life on the island and the sea. |
>
| Richard spends many hours in his kayak in local waters (but has also paddled in other, farflung, waters) and is very knowledgeable about whales (local and farflung). |
|
| Kim is our newest member in the Pender community. Besides being a kayaker Kim enjoys diving too. |
