SORRY BUT RENTALS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR THE 2024 SEASON!

 

Our fleet includes Delta Kayaks, NDK, Seaward, Current Designs, Wilderness Systems & Necky.  We offer a wide variety of styles and sizes of kayaks to suit every paddling adventure.

Your kayak rental includes all Transport Canada required safety gear plus spray skirt, extra paddle (per group), paddle float, chart and info of intended paddling area (based upon availability).

Adventures in Kayaking Youth Camp

 

At a group pace, we will learn how to work with each other and the sea to move our kayaks efficiently, while exploring beaches with tidal pools, intertidal life and great lasting memories.

Take Thursday night to experience Pender Island under the moonlit sky with just our tarps and sleeping bags! Youth will learn new skills and natural history while their confidence in marine environments grow.

Our highly experienced and qualified instructors keep SAFETY followed by FUN top priority!  This is sure to be a fun camp with many lasting memories.

Half Day Inner Harbours Tour

We’ll time the currents specific to your tour date and explore the stunning intertidal life and history of the Canal that separates the Pender Islands, both major Harbours of the Penders, including the protected waters of Beaumont Marine Park within the Gulf Islands National Park Reserve. A perfect midpoint to enjoy a snack/lunch at a historical site within the Southern Gulf Islands.  

2.5 Hour Harbour Tour

We'll get you started by comfortably fitting you in safety gear, followed by a short paddle demonstration and safety talk, followed by exploring the protected coves and tidal zones of Port Browning and Bedwell Harbour, including a visit to the Pender canal that separates North and South Pender Islands. This canal has some of the richest and oldest known cultural history of BC's coastal waters!
